Celler de les Aus & U Més U, Catalan sparklings

In all fairness, these two sets of wines are quite different from one another, but are both from Catalunya and feature sparkling wines. The firsts are those from the Celler de les Aus project that’s run under the auspices of Alta Alella in, yes, Alella.
