A couple of days ago, we were taking an evening stroll through the old vineyards of Celler Castellet when some lingering grapes amongst the fading leaves presented themselves for a photo.

As the research time for our new Priorat guide is drawing to a close in the coming days, we’re finding ourselves generally freezing as winter sets in, but also surrounded in this magnificent time in Fall when all the vines look as if they were on fire. Of course, we have to run around and take photos fast as the shift from brilliant oranges to what look like diseased, dying plants seems to be mere minutes.
