Dominio de Elbio, Ribera del Duero, Spain

This is a newer project in the Ribera del Duero region called, Dominio del Elbio and is owned from the group of Perelada-Chivite who have 13 wineries and/or brands across Spain. I say ‘newer’ as the vineyard was purchased way back in 2000, but this and its sibling called, Salvio, are their initial release of the wines.
