Since launching the current version of the site in 2019, we’ve had two subscriptions with different levels of access and earlier this year we added a third.
In revising the subscriptions heading into 2026, we’ve made changes to the structures so that it’s more straightforward with simply two options: the yearly Personal Subscription at 75€ and the yearly Commercial Subscription at 150€ which take effect from this point forward. Via this simplification, we’ve granted the same access to both levels to remove any confusion. This gives both subscription options the same type of account that was previously known as the ‘Pro’ level, but at what is now a lower price.
Please note that subscription prices, minus a very small price adjustment just after launch, have remained unchanged for six years and the change from Pro to Personal sees no change in price.
The big difference is the Commercial subscription. Why would one want to pay double the price? Because it allows the rights to publish scores and excerpts from articles for commercial purposes. Additionally, another key item is that with a Commercial subscription, clients are able to attach two additional accounts with full access to the articles and scores on the site.
This makes the Commercial subscription a great option for wineries, distributors, and retail shops who wish to have a singular point of billing, use materials within the site for wine promotion and most importantly, receive three accounts for the price of two.
We know very well that we’re living in uncertain times and we appreciate all our subscribers to date. We hope that this simplification and new offer continues to give you, our readers the best access to news and articles for the wines of Southern Europe.
