Pasanau - La Planeta 2013

Red cherry, bell pepper, graphite, lots of pencil shavings, and a great bit hit of notes, brioche, light secondary toasted almond notes developing, stewed fruit component at the base. That’s a lot of tannin. Lord what a lot of tannin. Super drying, lots of acidity and underlying fruit but tough to see the direction it will go and needs at least five more years to integrate. 30 months in oak (!)
