Coulée de Serrant - Clos de la Bergerie 2015

Honey orange in color. Waxy yellow peach, dried apricot, with red apple notes, chamomile, white tea, touch of wet wool, and some big stony notes. Very spicy and volatile on the palate, waxy honey notes more prevalent, but really hard to get past the screaming acidity that dominates across the palate and falters in depth and length. High alcohol but amazingly doesn’t give the sensation aside from the botrytis notes.
