Anna Espelt - Pla de Tudela 2017

Aged in cement egg with skin contact. Grapefruit, cured white pear, floral, light dogwood, buttery orange peel notes, touch of wet stone, ground sea salt, dried fennel and pine needles. More easygoing on the palate with medium acidity, presence of briny notes, but generally quite soft, with light green pear notes and a medium plus finish.
