Like the 2017 Douro reds and 2018 Douro whites, all Vintage Ports included were tasted as part of The New Douro tasting 3-5 June, 2019 in the Museu do Douro in Peso da Régua, Douro Valley for the “Primeira Prova 2019”. While a silent, independent tasting, the wines were unfortunately not served in fully-blind conditions but were otherwise served at quite optimal temperatures.
