These wines were tasting during 5-7 February, 2024. There were initially two days of tastings at the CIVR offices in Perpignan, France under fully blind conditions. The order of the wines was by regions and not arranged by color and year as is standard. This main tasting was followed up by tastings at several of the wineries, in situ.
