This is a collection of wines tasted in the Roussillon region from September 6-10, 2021 as part of the research for the Roussillon 2021 Regional Report. They haven’t been included with the Roussillon 2021 Report as they were tasted outside the controlled, fully blind environment of the offices of the CIVR in Perpignan. Instead, all these wines were tasted on site, with the winemakers. Due to the irregular nature of the tasting, they’ve all been included here.
