This is a collection of wines tasted in the DO Bierzo region from October 5-8, 2020 as part of the research for the DO Bierzo 2021 Regional Report. They haven’t been included with the Bierzo Reds 2021 & Bierzo Whites 2021 reports as they were tasted outside the controlled, fully blind environment of the offices of DO Bierzo in Cacabelos.
