This was an expansive tasting that took place from fall 2017 through early spring 2018. The wines span five countries and a incredible medley of AOC, DO, IGP, AVA, and other zones with the main emphasis on Catalunya, Spain and Languedoc/Roussillon, France. All wines were tasted in fully blind conditions minus the few that are noted which were added from various tastings had during this time.
