Dense, chocolatey, maple syrup, flecks of cinnamon, black pepper, toasted sweet spice and a fine, lingering underpinning of molasses. Unctuous, rich, chocolatey with a finish that goes on forever. No idea what it's to be used for, but it's a truly fine wine in its style....
