Mas de la Pansa - Trepat Dolç 2017

Moist raisins with an overlaid toffee and hazelnut aspect, burnt sugar, molasses, lingering notes of light red fruits. Fresh and lovely on the palate, savory, excellent wealth of acidity to back up the residual sugar, leaves this waffle, sweet bun taste on the palate as well as a touch of astringency. Quite lovely.
