Llopart - Original 1887 Brut Nature 2008

Wonderfully evolved with just the lightest flecks of dried orchard fruit, but more dominated by white truffle, dried baguette, stony mineral notes, tea leaves, and a waft of potpourri. Exceptionally balanced yet very fragile on the palate, light autolytic nutty notes as well as cured fruit and a the most fine of acidity pulling the wine along. Made from several older vineyards including Vinya del Ticu, Pere de Can Ros, and l’Isidoro with the Parellada of Ticu being labelled as the local name, Montònega.
