Very cured lemon peel with some rock salt and fresh saline notes, rocky and chunky with toffee aspects and a light touch of toasted coffee bean at the base. Broad and gylceric on the palate with a wealth of toasted spice into the finish. Definitely shows this older style but needs more time to integrate and flesh out a bit more....
