The first white wine to be produced by the winery. Very light butter melon and white fig, slightly honeyed, with bitter cantaloupe at the base. Fresh, expressive and lengthy on the palate, excellent acidity. Still in a bit of a youthful form at the moment as it was freshless bottled, but looks to lengthen with just a bit more aging....
