Tea Reviews

Drum Mountain White Cloud

The long title is a good precursor in to this tea. It’s a white that’s complex, layered, and more simply, really good. A favorite of mine when I want something lighter but not a pissy set of leaves that leave don’t leave my tea hunger my sated.

There are slight nutty aromas in the nose along with an understated smokiness. The body just dances on the palate with the acidity overwhelming and building up. Manages to pair well with foods as well due to this.

Pairings: Front cheese and crackers to grilled chicken sandwiches.
