Tea Reviews

While I’m not terribly huge on honoring white explorers from Africa, the tea is a quite pleasant offer that appears to be all Tanzanian and is something you don’t often find and as mentioned by Harney, it is indeed reminiscent of Ceylon teas. It’s pleasant with a light body and soft flavors. I’d recommend giving it four minutes of steeping if you want it a bit more brisk and flavorful like I do, but don’t take it too far as the body is decently astringent and will pucker up fast on you if not careful.

Pairings: Scones, shortcakes, and general High Tea items. Certain fishes like salmon, but nothing heavy like poultry or meat.
