Tea Reviews

East Frisian

One of the best Assam blends that I’ve ever had. It’s brisk, but at the same time round and delicious. While a strong black tea, the Ceylon and Darjeeling elements work to keep it from getting too heavy and always in need of cream to make them drinkable. It appears that this area of Germany knows how to make a tasty blend.

Pairings: From basic toast and eggs to more elegant fare. It's a great tea for the early to mid-morning meals, or just on its own.
