Seriously, when does it go from something moldy that you can eat to something moldy that you can’t eat? This was the question facing me as I looked down on a good chunk of it I’ve kept around since my little wine party a week and a half ago. Regardless, I did end up eating it, since it’s soooo good.
I don’t really know that there is an answer though. I suppose when you can sit down and have a conversation with it, that might not be a good time to eat a chunk of blue cheese. Other than that, I suppose… enjoy?
