It seems that the more cheese I eat, the more often I see, “made from goat”, the more often I’m bound to get very happy and devour all of what is on offer. But, I’m not partial any one animal. Buffalo make up some of the best mozzarella there is and the cow still keeps kicking out delicious cheese as well.
There is that point however where you find that when you are staring down your next cheese to eat, you realize that if you didn’t know if was cheese, there would be no way in the world you’d put it in your mouth. For illustration purposes, I include the photo below. Look at that (yeah, you eat the skin.) What about that says, effin’ delicious goat cheese? Nothing, that’s what, which is why you just start taking the leap of faith required in enjoying those questionable items that the world tosses at your mouth. If you choose to pass on these things, then you might as well just stay at home and not travel.
