Cafe Pasta London

Naturally with a name as goofy and touristy as this, you’d think it’s a crap place, but it isn’t. This medium-sized restaurant on Shaftsbury, north of all the Picadilly/Covent Garden nonsense is pretty decent and the prices aren’t bad (for London of course.) Both the girlfriend and my food was good, standard Italian food, but I have a sneaky suspicion that they use a bit of MSG in their food, since my pizza had a massive amount of flavor and afterward both the girlfriend and I had mild headaches and slightly grumbling stomachs. It could have been the mussels she had and I had a taste of, but who knows.
I can’t remember the exact address, but it’s a short walk up from Seven Dials.
