China Green Tips
Company: TazoReview: A very, very nice example of how smooth and easygoing a green tea can be.
When you first take a whiff of it, there isn't much to smell. If anything, it just takes like a standard green tea. But once you drink it, it takes on a quality of a really good, smooth Scotch. This is something that I've never really found in a green tea before and typically only find in Oolongs and even then it is rare.
Clean, non-astringent finish to it that's cool without being minty. I love it and find it to be a solid late afternoon or even and evening drink.
Pairings: Grapes and berries or perhaps a mellow French tart with grapes and berries on it. Light breads could be nice as well as vanilla. If you're a fan of green tea in the morning, try it with waffles. That's bound to satisfy.
