Chai
Company: TazoReview: A really nice and evenly spicy take on the classic chai. Overall, it makes for some quite pleasurable drinking. Perhaps not as robust as others though.
The aromas that come out of newly steeped cup are spicy with lots of cinnamon and cloves coming through. The body doesn't have this as strongly though and these flavors are a tad more muddled an watery. They're still present though and make the tea pleasant. With cream and/or milk, it really gets a great, round body to it that keeps you warm when it's cold.
The finish is clean overall. The spices stick with you, which some may or may not enjoy. Good with food or good on its own.
Pairings: Creamy things. A nice crepe fresh out of the pan with fruits. Maybe a bit of whipped cream on a vanilla cake would go well also. Most likely not good with lighter meats though.
