Company: Mighty LeafReview: I thought little of this one at first. Then, purely by accident I steeped it for three minutes instead of the four that it seemed to prefer. Well, that minute made all the difference. Suddenly, you're presented with a wonderful, full bodied cup of Ceylon. While the aromas still aren't the strongest, the body is fantastically full of a buttery quality to it that is great. Also great is that you can buy this in loose leaf bulk from Mighty Leaf.
Pairings: Anything with oil olive as a strong component that leans towards acidic. Not good for sweets, although a nice counter to anything heavy on cream.
