Mighty Leaf Tea's
Pairings: Sweets you'd have for breakfast that aren't too sweet. Anything that has grains and sugars in it like a perfectly made scone.

Black Gold
Review: Amazingly light for a black tea. I had it in loose leaf, not the bags, and managed to steep it perfectly, giving this great balance of flavors. There's a touch of fruit to it as well as an oozing smoothness that rolls over your tongue. In addition to this, there's another flavor that I would call "graham cracker". That might sound weird, but it's the closest approximation I can make with this grainy sweetness that glides over the top of all the other flavors. Swirl it around in your mouth and you'll find the same sensations as well as a light lemon when the tea cools a bit.Pairings: Sweets you'd have for breakfast that aren't too sweet.
