Ineeka Tea's
The nose of it is soft. There are nice woodsy tones and a touch of pine in there, which smooth out as the tea cools. The body is then this great, light flavor that is incredibly subtle. It's strong and robust, but so well blended. The tea then finished out smooth and always makes me wish I steeped up a bigger cup.
I've not knowingly had tea from the Himalayas before (my tea region knowledge is shaky though), but if they're like this, then I will seek them out as much as I can. A great introduction to the Ineeka teas.
Pairings: Chocolate. Hot damn does it work with chocolate. Anything luscious, creamy, or buttery works as well. It just loves to take on anything with a sheen to it.

Himalayan Black
Review: A lovely, wonderful tea. It's full bodied, but you don't really get hit with a rude bitterness by this. Very well balanced overall and pleasant to drink. The nose of it is soft.
