Fortnum & Mason Tea's
It's definitely an invigorating blend of Assam and Dimbula that they've been doing for 100+ years, starting in 1907. I happen to really enjoy this tea, but I do like the stronger teas, so this may not be the best choice for those who primarily like greens and/or whites.
The flavor is damn near frothy in texture, being deep and luscious, but at time a bit overpowering. It's really meant for slow sipping over a long period of time.
Pairings: Anything you can nibble over time while having a sip where and there. Salty foods would probably work well, because as the tea cools, it works well to cleanse the palate, leaving your mouth free of too many salty flavors. Read in to this as many bad puns as you'd like...

Review: It's rather funny to see on the label the phrase, "Stronger Tea", but it's very true. This is a robust blend that cries for cream, contrary to their saying that it can be drank all day, "with or without milk".It's definitely an invigorating blend of Assam and Dimbula that they've been doing for 100+ years, starting in 1907.
