Pairings: With cream, it can work a good deal better and then lemon scones might compliment it well.

Lemon Peel
Review: I'm not sure if it's just my inability to prepare this tea, something flawed with it, or just the fact that the flavor is not to my tastes, but I'm never had this taste good. It always come soul bitter and chalky. The lemon flavor is there, but it's more of an acrid angry thing than a nice sour quality. Still, I'm giving it the benefit of the doubt and chalking it up to something I'm doing wrong in the hopes someone else can set it straight.Pairings: With cream, it can work a good deal better and then lemon scones might compliment it well.
