Choice Organic Tea's
Overall, it's a solid green tea. It's pleasant to drink, although it drifts to being a tad too astringent for my tastes at time. At times the body is a bit citric, but overall, it stays relatively smooth. For any green tea lover, it's going to be a gem.
Pairings: Grainy foods like like crackers or maybe even a light cracker with a slice of sharp cheddar on top. Snacking foods go well with it overall.
Rating: 7 of 10
Himalaya Green
Review: This is an organic tea from Nepal. Apparently, it's Fair Trade Certified as well as being organic, so that's some groovy stuff if you like the fairness to humanity thing, which I'm rather in to.Overall, it's a solid green tea.
