Review: As far as these puffed rice teas go, this one is nice and enjoyable. I think one of the elements that I like most about it is that it's not just a cup of green tea that takes like rice has been floating in it. There are other subtle flavors like a scratch of basil and mint that come out here and there to round it out. It's a good choice for a Genmaicha is looking for one.
 
Pairings: A peach or apricot jam on dark toast. The heaviness of these items will contrast nicely with the peppy quality to the body of the tea.
