Choice Organic Tea's
For me, I tend to like very, very strong blacks in the morning, so I would enjoy this more as a midday tea, but don't get me wrong, I do indeed like it. I find it a tad bit tricky to steep though, but this is probably based on the fact I like it strong and if you leave the bag just a bit too long, it gets somewhat stringent. Your mileage may vary though.
Pairings: Nice grainy things like breads with nice sweet things on top like jams. Probably not so good with chocolates, but preserved fruits and other foods with natural sugars in them would pair well.

English Breakfast
Review: Bit of a malty quality to it that works well for a breakfast tea. The flavors are slight, soft spoken and not nearly as bold as other breakfast teas I've had. This usually means that it is a tea that people need to taste to decide if they like. It does pair up nicely with cream and sugar, which work to round the puppy out.For me, I tend to like very, very strong blacks in the morning, so I would enjoy this more as a midday tea, but don't get me wrong, I do indeed like it.
