Azul Keo Tea's
It's such a smooth and buttery tea that I would almost say I've never had anything quite like it. I don't know how they get it like this, but it's delicious and the kind of tea you can sip for hours.
It might have helped that I had it at a nice pastry cafe in Budapest, Hungary, but from aroma to body to finish, it's solid
Pairings: Indulge. Sweet things should be a tad sour to match up with this tea. Creamy pastries go well. Maybe even as a aperitif for a meal of chicken of pork, but that might be a stretch. Try things with it.

Assam
Review: I was initially skeptical of a German tea, but this mostly had to do with my never having one before. If this Assam is any indication of how good their teas are, then I'll be having a great deal more. It's such a smooth and buttery tea that I would almost say I've never had anything quite like it.
