When is Blue Cheese, Bad Cheese?
Seriously, when does it go from something moldy that you can eat to something moldy that you can't eat? This was the question facing me as I looked down on a good chunk of it I've kept around since my little wine party a week and a half ago. Regardless, I did end up eating it, since it's soooo good.
I don't really know that there is an answer though. I suppose when you can sit down and have a conversation with it, that might not be a good time to eat a chunk of blue cheese. Other than that, I suppose... enjoy?
