Not of This Earth
Two nights ago, I dug in to a hunk of Neal's Yard Shropshire Blue Cheddar I picked up from Whole Foods and uh... are the Mars Rovers sending this stuff back or something? It's freakin' heavenly. It's like golden blue butter. It just melts and oozes across your taste buds.
Yes, I do have an issue with cheese. It's soooo good. It's probably not the healthiest of obsessions, but then again when is an obsession healthy? It just makes my Cheese Gallery all the more enjoyable.
